Checking in is helpful. But the old app, which apparently was only used by a handful of clinics in the Atlanta area, was better. I could see the wait time from home and decide whether it was a good time to go or wait. If there were multiple doctors in, I could choose a specific one or choose first available. It functioned like a call ahead wait list at a restaurant and worked well. The current version only lets you check in when you’re the parking lot and still doesn’t tell you where you are in the queue or how long the wait is. When I often don’t have time to sit for almost an hour, knowing the wait times is essential. Or at least a reasonable approximation.

ALMOST perfect, but…

For a brand new launch, the app itself functions flawlessly! It’s super easy to set up your account, and the closest clinic, check in, and visibility of doctors in the clinic features are great, but one VERY important thing is missing…With the way you sign up for the app, it’s directly connected to your patient account, so why aren’t we able to see how many visits we have on our account; if we have an active membership, we can’t see our billing date; and if we have any plan or package documents, we can’t view any of that through the app. This kind of access is something I think would make this app as useful as developers are hoping for. Overall a great app though!

Useful but annoying

100% of what I use the app for is: checking in. However when I tap the “check in” button, instead of checking me in, it opens a pop-up that says: “we noticed you’re at a Joint! Want to check in?” — and then I have to check a second button to check in. This is incredibly unnecessary and obnoxious as a user experience. Previous review: “Infinite loading screen Not even an error message. No UI. Just infinite logo.” — a really horrible failure mode, which the devs should fix. However if you encounter this, you need to delete and reinstall the app.

I actually really like this app. You’re able to see which chiropractor is working that day, and you’re able to sign in which is super convenient. Giving this a three star because the app doesn’t load anymore. This has been going on for more than a month now, and nothing has been fixed. A lot of people and even the front desk mentioned that there’s plenty of issues with the app.So please fix it, otherwise it’s useless
