It's extremely inconvenient that members need to sign up again. Why aren't they able to transfer the data or the system or the new "advanced" app? Also, how many of us write down member number? I was asked to enter both Social Security Number and member number. I do not remember nor wrote it down somewhere. I expect the website or the mobile app to show me the member number. In the past, when I spoke with the bank call agent, they asked me to provide my SSN over the phone directly to the agent, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable with because one, it's directly to a person, two, the system could record it for security and training purposes. The paper statements show the last three number of member numbers. I understand the system verifies by SSN and member account number. Can't you guyes just verify it based on SSN in your record? How can you say this "advanced" app is improving member experience? I even couldn't enter the app. It's terrible.

If you are trying to use this app and are experiencing issues logging in, just go into a branch. Don’t bother calling.The app itself fails to show an account ledger at all. Want to know when a transaction occurred? Too bad. Want to know what transactions occurred? Also too bad. I’m not sure how you could possibly overlook this as these are primary functions of mobile banking for 95% of daily user activities. You’ve created a restaurant that does not offer food.Gain is a credit union. Members hold ownership stake. Your vendor is recklessly irresponsible and has conned you out of our collective money. The degree of failure here calls into question your ability to provide the management of member funds as well as your ability to utilize proper security practices to protect those funds and sensitive member data.That said, the employees who are dealing with the fallout of this situation are generally doing a great job.

Not sure what the point of the new app was. I can’t even access my bill pay. I have accounts and the account I use for most transactions was not set for bill pay on the new app, even though it’s the only account I use for my bill pay. Then, when I tried to activate bill pay with the correct account, it said pending! I haven’t even tried again because I’m so frustrated. Tried using the virtual chat for help, but it was down and told me to check back later. I’m ready to close my accounts and move on at this point.

Why did we need to go through the horrendous process of transferring to the new app when it is a hot pile of garbage. The old app was perfect, user friendly, easy on the eyes, navigation was simple, transactions showed, deposits and transfers instantly. The new app is literally none of those. Very difficult to navigate, pending transactions don’t get deducted? I’ve had 3 transactions of substantial amounts shown as ‘pending’ for 3 days now, totally not deducted from my account balance. Honestly bring back the old app, this is terrible.
