oh my lord almighty, the sharetea at meyerland plaza might create the most heavenly drinks known to all mankind. this sharetea location does not miss, especially after a laborious day. please, i beg of yall to come to this location and witness firsthand god’s creations at work.
BEWARE increasing automatic tips

This app used to automatically increase a 5% tip with buttons to add more, now it automatically tips 15% unless you notice and turn it off and there’s no option anymore to tip less unless you go to the trouble each time of inputting a custom tip, and no way to save your preferred tip level. I am not tipping 15% automatically for an already overpriced drink when I didn’t even receive any direct customer service in placing my order. Even Starbucks doesn’t trick you into tipping without your consent.

Where is my coupon?

I redeemed points for a $5 coupon, but where is the coupon to actually use?? I’m new to this app, so maybe it’s hiding somewhere, but even the gal working at the store couldn’t find it. It definitely redeemed the points because they’ve been subtracted from my total. Very confusing.
