A citizen or representative of an organization can easily log in to the Land Development Tax app and apply online by providing Khatian (land record) information. After verification and coordination by the land official, a holding number will be generated. Then, the tax can be paid online, and the receipt (Dakhila) can be collected from home. There is no need to visit the office anymore—the entire land tax payment process is now faster, easier, and fully digital.
