Designed for tour leaders travelling with Ellison Travel & Tours, it replaces bulky binders and paper packets with a streamlined digital toolkit that keeps essential information available—even when you’re offline.  Requires an Ellison Travel & Tours tour leader login and an assigned trip.  With ET Tour Leader, you can: Manage your tours: View all assigned tours in one place and quickly search by tour name or number. Follow your itinerary: View day-by-day schedules with daily notes, meals, photos, and trip details. Access booking details: View suppliers, times, descriptions, notes, and clearly identified optional or highlighted items. Manage documents: Browse documents by category, then preview, print, share, or save PDFs directly from the app. Stay connected: Access tour contacts with office hours shown in their local time zone, and call, text, or WhatsApp with a single tap. Handle emergencies: Quickly access medical, police, fire, insurance, embassy, and local office information, with options to call, email, or open locations in maps. Work offline: Sync your trip before travelling and keep itineraries, contacts, emergency information, and documents available without an internet connection. Find information quickly: Select, copy, and paste information whenever needed. Get support: Access online App Support directly from Settings. Choose your experience: Use the app in light or dark mode. Whether you’re on the motorcoach, at a venue, or checking in at a hotel, ET Tour Leader keeps the information you need organized and accessible, so you can stay prepared and focus on delivering an exceptional experience for your group.

This update brings several improvements to make the ET Tour Leader app more convenient, reliable, and easier to use. Contacts: Added a new expandable Contacts tab with contact roles, names, phone numbers, availability, time zones, status, notes, and quick call/message actions. Sync & Offline Data: Added a manual Sync/Refresh option on the Home screen. Users can refresh data when connected to the internet without unnecessary API calls when opening the app. Synced trip information is saved locally, so it remains available without an internet connection and after closing and reopening the app. Documents: Added native document printing with PDF preview and support for iOS AirPrint. Documents can now be shared directly from the app using available sharing options such as email and messaging apps. Users can now select and copy text within the app to paste into messages, emails, notes, or other apps. Booking Details: Email addresses, phone numbers, URLs, and addresses are now interactive for one-tap access to email, calls, websites, and maps. App Support: Added an App Support option under Settings for one-tap access to online help and support resources. Other Improvements: Improved the password reset process to make it easier to recover access to the app. Various small bug fixes, error-handling improvements, and usability enhancements throughout the app.
