Augmented Field Operations (formerly ARInspect, acquired by Tyler Technologies in 2023) was built with one simple but important mission: helping government agencies protect the communities we live in. Our country’s aging infrastructure, combined with natural disasters like hurricanes and earthquakes, poses a great risk to our communities. Protecting communities and enforcing regulations is a central mission of government agencies. Whether it is hot or cold, raining or snowing, or in the midst of a flood or a fire, government field staff are out there conducting fieldwork or responding to disasters. By augmenting how fieldwork is done and unlocking powerful efficiencies, Augmented Field Operations helps agencies stretch limited resources further. This allows them to do more with less: providing enhanced coverage, responding faster, and protecting more people without compromising quality or safety.
