DriveLedger automatically detects drives and keeps a private mileage ledger on your iPhone. Review each trip on a mobility timeline, classify it as Work or Personal, and create clear PDF or CSV reports.
AUTOMATIC TRIP CLASSIFICATION
Choose a simple starting point: during working hours, with a dedicated vehicle, or ask me when needed. Review the result before activating a rule. Advanced options include places, work sessions, approved patterns and multi-stop work periods. DriveLedger can classify matching trips automatically and leave only ambiguous trips for review. Optional interactive notifications let you answer Work or Personal without opening the app.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Data is written locally first. Private iCloud synchronization is available through your Apple account, and you can optionally keep an additional best-effort archive in a Files folder you select. Eternity Labs does not operate a DriveLedger tracking server.
Use miles or kilometers independently from the app language. DriveLedger provides mileage records and official source references; it does not determine tax eligibility or prepare a tax return.
DriveLedger requires a Monthly or Annual Apple subscription for access. If Apple confirms eligibility for the selected plan’s introductory offer, the subscription begins with 3 free days; afterward, the displayed StoreKit price applies unless canceled. If ineligible, the standard price is shown without a free-trial claim. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases and Redeem Offer Code use Apple’s native mechanisms. There is no separate 72-hour app grant, Lifetime product, or permanent free tier. This update adds privacy-aligned, first-party product analytics to measure feature adoption and the subscription funnel. Analytics uses a pseudonymous device identifier and coarse app events only. No trips, GPS points, vehicles, classifications, reports, photos or documents are sent. It also includes reliability improvements and an updated privacy manifest.
