This is a handy app to quickly check my HSA balance. It has other nice features within the app as well. Same things you can do on the website, but more convenient in the form of an app.
Buggy, borderline useless app

Freezes. Does not accept pin on first try. Cannot use Face ID because it never remembers that I allowed it on previous sign in. Blocked my bank account for reimbursement for literally no reason? I haven’t tried to use a reimbursement until today because my physical card was declining for no reason when trying to make a purchase? Also will not accept photos as proof for reimbursement so uou have to convert it to a pdf and then submit. While I tried to do that I excited the app and it submitted my request without my proof so now I’ll be waiting even longer.

It’s a pretty simple app to use. Displays your account balance on the Home Screen and has a section to take you to the FSA store.
This app sucks

I need into the app, it forces me to create a new password and this whole process takes longer just to login then it does to answer any questions I need. I’ve literally had to call and had them reset my information because it does not count using the app as logging in to your account.. That is the explanation I got from them. This app sucks.
