We love this app but there are just a few things that would make a huge difference in improvement. One thing is this app is not shareable between devices. For example, I have my phone and my husbands phone but we don’t have all the same characters because the apps are totally separate to our devices. It would be really nice to be able to share the account over multiple devices. Sometimes I might be out of town and it is so disappointing to my kids if I forget to hit the brush button for them because even though they brushed at home with dad it didn’t count toward their special “streak” reward on my phone. They LOVE the “streak” reward and getting “extra” stickers. Sometimes they brush and I have not been with them with the app and even if I change the calendar to give them credit for brushing it doesn’t keep their “streak” going. Other than those few things they absolutely love this app. They love the features in the background they can click on, the music, the stickers, the characters, the “streak” rewards and seeing their progress. It’s been great for our family in so many ways it would just be nice if they could make at minimum the account shareable over multiple devices at least for the parents’ sake. Thanks!

A few months ago I decided to download this app for my twin toddlers since teeth brushing time was always an issue. The app worked awesome! My kids loved it and actually looked forward to brushing their teeth. I recommended it to all of my friends. My husband downloaded it too so each kid could brush at the same time and pick their own character. After an update, my husband lost all the characters and everything was locked except Mickey. Luckily I still had everything so it wasn’t that big of a deal, they just took turns. However, often the app wouldn’t even load which resulted in teeth brushing protests. A few updates later, I lost all the characters too and everything was locked except Mickey which didn’t go over very well with my 4 year old daughter that was looking forward to Minnie that night.We even went through all the work to scan purchased items to unlock characters to appease our disappointed kids only to find everything gone again the following day - including my sons whole profile.With all the crashes and now losing all the characters, my kids don’t even want to use the app anymore. Such a bummer. We really loved the app but it’s not a lot of fun to keep having to recreate profiles and unlock things over and over again. Please fix this and give us all of our characters back. If it started that way it would have been fine but you can’t just take everything away when it was already there. My kids were so disappointed :(

My daughter is 2 and really loves this app. That being said, as an adult, there are definitely areas that need to be worked on. The sound is inconsistent, to put it simply. Most often, I have to go into the settings, turn the sound off and back on again, just to be able to hear it. And considering the noise is a huge part of the “reward,” to have to do it over and over is a bit frustrating. Even doing so, it drops out, a LOT.Also, my darling daughter who had no idea what Star Wars is, loves the Storm Trooper avatar. I paid the 99 cents but this only gives you the avatar. She has figured out the “AR mode” and fully expects there to be a Storm Trooper! We purchased Rey as well and her AR mode is also BB-8. Please please make our purchase more worthwhile and add more AR features!!!Otherwise this app is very effective and keeps my daughter interactive throughout brushing, which before was so difficult! So thank you developers because is has really helped for it's intended purpose: beautiful pearly whites for my munchkin!

If you never have to deal with customer support, this app is awesome. My 4 year old loves it and considers it a game. It actually made brushing fun for him. Then the app updated to add a new character that he wanted, and there’s a glitch in the Matrix whereby there’s no way to purchase it and use it. I contacted the support in the app to trouble shoot and fix it, and it’s turned out to be a massive annoyance. I received 3 automated messages from multiple people who apparently didn’t know anything about the correspondence from anyone else. When I brought this up, support literally tried to gaslight me and tell me that they don’t send automated messages at all, and they’ve not duplicated anything, until I sent them screenshots they asked for. Kind of strange that they don’t have a way to better keep track of who is sending emails to customers and then ask us to retrieve data they should be getting paid to find themselves. After getting the screenshots, yet ANOTHER person responded to me to say that they send multiple messages from multiple people in order to re-create the process when some, but not all users, are experiencing an issue. Wait. What?!? After over a week of frustrating communication like this, their glitch isn’t resolved and I’m supposed to just keep an eye out to see if it fixes itself magically without anymore trouble shooting or follow up. My rating is based on the frustrating experience with customer support through the app. Aside from one character not working, the rest of my experience with the app itself has been great.
