This app is the worst working app I have ever had. The structure is off, it’s confusing, it locks up every time I use it… I literally have to attempt to log in and then have to logout several times before I can actually attempt anything in the app. Then, if I try to go back to the previous page in the app, it’s over with. I have to completely get out of it and start all over again. Very, very frustrating. Do I mind calling the store myself? No, not at all. But the whole point of having an app like this is supposed to be intended for is having the convenience of getting things taken care of with just a few clicks. I believe that the app (if it worked properly) is probably quite a relief on some of the pharmacy personnel because they most likely wouldn’t get soooo many phone calls. I would bet right now, their phones are getting blown up! Listen to the users and let’s get a solution going for an update for a much better app. I love ❤️ BGC and I always have! You would think the Home Screen of a pharmacy app would give you a list of your prescriptions (with med names!), both those that already for pick up and those that will be refilled in the near future. Instead it’s a list of sections, none of which shows you that information.Getting an alert that only shows you the last four RX numbers of a script when it is ready is absolutely useless for new prescriptions, especially for those medications that you have to get a new script for each month. And if you have multiple scripts? Why should the customer have to cross check the last four RX numbers to figure out which script is ready? A simple list (on the home screen -with med names!) as mentioned before totally eliminates that issue with next to no effort by the app.All in all this app needs a massive overhaul in ease of use and information available to make it as convenient as they think it is.

This app is pretty great when it actually works. My only gripe is the list of prescriptions do tend to get cluttered, especially with expired scripts. But the biggest problem is getting it to work at all. Even when it is working properly, the login screen takes forever to get past. No matter how many times you click login it will just stay frozen there most times. And when it is working properly it is still very buggy and very slow.

This app is a newer “updated” version of the pharmacy app and I just gotta tell you, this updated app stinks to high heaven. It’s less user friendly and did away with the “in progress” tab that used to let you know that your meds were in the process of being filled. That “in progress” tab was most helpful and I’m super steamed that they just tossed it completely. The old version was really user friendly and easy to understand. This one is less informative and has less information and just doesn’t work for me! I’d give anything I’d they would dump this update and go back to the old app or at least give us the option to choose between the old and new app versions! Please guys! Go back to the old version! It was soooo much better and I HATE this update!
