Remove unnecessary features, improve facilities loading

The 1.7 release provides performance improvements for users with a large number of sites and support for more equipment types. Load time for the Facility List and Map View pages have significantly improved. In addition, the default landing page has changed from Map View to List View to make it easier to find sites. Support for a larger set of HVAC and Lighting equipment types has been added (e.g. VAV, VVT, FPB, Aquity nLight Lighting).
