Impossible to generate a PDF file

This app is not user-friendly and customer service is not there. Ive generated multiple reports but cannot turn the reports to PDF and email them out. The app keeps giving an error message stating the report is not there. It’s impossible to get a hold of customer support.. Save your money for some other app that’s more user-friendly.
