Ive only had these cameras for maybe 3 years. They green it would keep promoting me to put in the password even though it was already there. No w over the past 6 months maybe a little more I can’t even get a picture. I have 4 cameras. One went out approx 6 months ago, black screen. Still shows alike it’s recording but nothing but a black picture. Now all four are doing it. The other 3 were in and out at first but now consistently now they’re staying black screens but still recording. I’ve tried restarting them over and over but nothing. Waste of money to have to replace them only 3 years later

About every 30 days or so the app stops working, or it will ask you to login but it won’t accept the password and eventually lock your account. I have found that when these things happen if you unplug the power to the system for a couple minutes and reinstall the app it seems to get everything going again. It is inconvenient and ridiculous that this has to be done, especially if your leaving the house for a trip and it decides to act up then. It would be a pretty good little system if this was not an issue.

Honestly, this app is a mess. It’s slow, crashes often, and constantly logs me out. Every time I open it, the screen brightness randomly jumps to max … super annoying. And there are way too many ads, even when I’m just trying to check my camera. Replaying footage barely works; I have to try multiple times just to get it to load.But the real problem is the whole system. The cameras themselves don’t last … mine started breaking down after 8 months, and barely made it to a year. Save yourself the stress. Don’t waste your money on this system. There are much better and more reliable options out there.

Oct 2020. After upgrading the app early summer of 2020 I’ve been unable to view the camera over Mobile Data. The camera asks for password and the app fails to recognize the password and does not open the camera. If I’m using local WiFi there are no problems. I’m using an older version of the app on my iPad and it works both on local WiFi and Mobile Data (WAN) so there’s not a problem with the camera. The developer refuses to respond or fix the issue which according to reviews, many users are experiencing. There has been an upgrade since but the developer fails to address the issue. This renders the app unusable and hence one star.Nov. 2020I just installed a new update and the app is still broken.
