I have been looking for the best product (password manager)to be safe, secure, and up to date while using the internet. LogMeOnce is the answer I have been waiting for! What sets LMO apart from the others is its continued updates and adding of more and more features. I was an original backer on crowdfunding, and I am so happy that I did. From reports, Mugshots of people trying to login, where your devices are, the best encryption, to now a Password less photo login (that expires in a minute or so), LogMeOnce has it all. I love companies that continue to add value after you purchase. BTW, premium is free. I just noticed that they rolled out a business/enterprise version. I am already on board for my company and my customers. Highly recommend A++++++! If they don't have a feature, ask? You won't believe how much easier your life will be!

I had been generally happy with the app, and was well worth the money, but when I switched phones, the app stopped connecting my laptop and phone ( was able to log in to the phone app, but even with the appropriate log in on the phone, it refused to authorize the computer, leaving it unprotected- even though it was the reason I purchased it). I contacted customer service ( there is no phone number, just a place for a support “ticket” and never received a response. I looked in the app for my requests and see it was never responded to (8 months ago). So, today my laptop was stolen, and I do not see any mug shots yet, nor does it locate it or ping it, and still no answer from CS about previous request, meaning my laptop should have been protected today, I purchased the appropriate program, sent in a request for help initially, and due to the lack of ability to get a hold of these people and the lack of actual support for the product, I will likely not have the help I needed when I actually am needing it, the help I bought the program for. There are other programs out there, I would look for one with an actual customer support number.

Overall it does what I want, but there are a few things that could be improved. Sometimes it requires a user name when there are situations that don’t have one or when I don’t want to enter one. It also shows the passwords in a very small font. These are just a few of things that make it more difficult to use than it’s non-free alternatives.

Lots of great features, but glad I didn’t commit to the subscription. The GUI is like walking into my aunts house...there is a lot going on, it lacks simplicity and uniformity, overwhelming for those looking to just manage passwords. Can we make better use of white space and not try to fill in every bit of the screen with excessive 2D graphic details. The GUI lacks visual depth and is just too much going on. Why do I need a useless picture across half the screen???? Why is the alphabet slider on the right and then grouped by a letter indicator on the left? Combine them!!!!!! I can understand some of these things if you are building your first app and it is 2010. Screen shift when navigating shows a lack of attention to GUI detail. Multiple navigation screens cover the same information. Not going to mention features as they have them, but I don’t think it is worth the effort of dealing with the frustrating GUI. Windows version GUI is just a frustrating and cumbersome.
