New to Cox panoramic WiFi and Contour TV

Got my new panoramic Wi-Fi and Contour TV set up last night at 7:30 p.m. I have been working with it and loving it every minute. I have to leave to go to work, but I can’t wait to get home and figure out more about everything that’s fantastic system does. I haven’t had Wi-Fi speeds this fast even at work.

Cox Communications is not just bad — they are the single worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. For 72 hours I have been trapped in a nightmare of outages, lies, and outright incompetence. Their internet service collapses for two full days straight, and when you try to reach anyone for help you’re met with representatives who cannot even hold a basic conversation in English. Every text, every call, every interaction feels like being punished for daring to pay them a dime.When customer “service” ignored me, I went to sales — the only department that seems to answer a phone. Of course, they had no problem taking extra money for an upgrade, but here’s the Cox guarantee: the product they sell you will be broken on arrival. Their idea of fixing it? Slapping a discount on the next bill, as if insulting me with a coupon somehow erases days of being cut off from work in the middle of a weekday.This isn’t just a bad company. This is corporate malpractice. Cox Communications knowingly sells defective service, hides behind a wall of useless support staff, and then acts like tossing you a bone on your bill is enough. It is not. This is theft, this is fraud, and it should be investigated.I forbid anyone with a shred of self-respect from ever giving Cox a cent. If you value your livelihood, your sanity, or your blood pressure, run as far as you can from this sham of a company. Cox Communications is the definition of everything wrong with corporate America: greedy, incompetent, and shameless.

It doesn’t make sense to pay a lot of money for contour when almost all sports are only available at home only on Home Wi-Fi. Kind of ridiculous. I know it can be found in the sports app of each individual station i.e. CBS, NBC, and Fox, but it’s kind of ridiculous to have to go through this process each time you want to watch a different sport.Especially when sports are essentially the only thing I watch on contour. John

The app keeps closing for no reason. Whether I’m watching a show or seeking something to view. Fix that glitchUpdate you still haven’t fixed this issue. Your app is up to date yet while I am watching something it closes randomly and each time I reopen itIt’s been months and your app is still randomly closing can’t even get going good in the app. Why can this not be fixed. At this point we can shut the cable off get different internet because that’s far from superior and go somewhere else. You all are an abomination in business
