This app does exactly as advertised and I was able to transfer all of my playlists and library from one platform to another with few complications. I especially appreciate that out of all similar apps I looked at this one had easily the most options for streaming platforms you can transfer to and from. My main criticism would be that it needs to make it clearer how to go about cancelling, as the dedicated button for restoring purchases in the app itself does nothing and you have to go into a separate web browser FAQ to figure out how to actually cancel the subscription. Considering how many people i’m sure just use this app once to transfer their library and then delete it I wouldn’t be shocked if a lot of them were still unknowingly paying for it. Besides that it’s a solid option all around and very easy to use.

What a joke. “Lifetime” option, not even close, only lifetime until they decide they’re not making enough money off of you. Because they miscalculated what it would take to keep up with the software changes, they cancel your lifetime subscription. I fail to see how it’s my problem. So instead of honoring those that bought a lifetime subscription, they shift their mistake to the customer. What they should have done is honor those that paid and then change to a subscription service going forward. They should have accepted their mistake, but no, they decide to cancel the contract they agreed upon. Now, they still have a lifetime subscription that costs even more money. Why would any customer they’ve already burned even trust them? Do not buy this app. Run away from them. They are not trustworthy and don’t care about their customers. Worthless people with a mediocre app. You know what they want to do to appease the customers they’ve wronged, offer them a measly $38 yearly subscription, which, let’s be honest, is no sweat off their back. Literally costs them nothing. Or, they’ve offered an outdated desktop version which they can’t promise will work very well. Yeah, go ahead and waste money with these clowns.

For some unknown reason the app doesn’t pull the songs from the actual original album it’s from it pulls the song from like gaming mix or gym bangers, summer hits, the 10s hits “albums” where it’s the same song but it just belongs to that album instead of the regular album. maybe it’s the first thing that pops up in the search algorithm but it’s really annoying having to go through thousands of songs to switch to the regular album version. For $13 a month it should automatically pull from the regular album or even the deluxe version of the album if you have that version of the song in your original playlist. For how much I’m combing through I would just be able to do it manually. And you have no way of knowing which is the clean version of the song when you go to rematch it. You just have to hope the original version just pops up first. I mainly listen to rap so I imagine it’s just frustrating when trying to do it with classic rock where it’s in 15 different “albums” and remastered versionsEDIT: I found an app that does it not only way better but also for only $5 a month this app is horrible

While the app does transfer songs pretty fast, it does it in the most lazy way. It creates a separate playlist for the songs you transferred, so if you’re part or the majority who’s “library” is technically “liked songs”, prepare to spend time going through and re-liking all your songs. While this could be helpful if you’re trying to get rid of some songs, there’s a further point I’d like to address. For the most part it adds songs that were in your library, however I have also noticed that some of my songs were replaced by remixes of the same song. If you’re someone like me who listens to a substantial amount of EDM, you’ll understand how frustrating it is finding that perfect remix for you, which is just partially why this was such a frustrating process. In addition, about 1/4 of my library wasn’t even added!!! In conclusion, if you’re looking to quickly move the majority of your library fast, and have a spare $10, I’d recommend this program. However, buyer beware, you’re going to have a subnational amount of slack to pick up.
