EazyDraw version 4.0.2 includes several significant enhancements that take advantage of new capabilities introduced with iPadOS and iOS 26. This update adds many new menu commands on iPad, including improved copy and paste support for working both within EazyDraw and between EazyDraw and other apps — across Mac and iPad. EazyDraw 4.0.2 also provides full Handoff support, including direct drag and drop between your Mac desktop and a nearby iPad.

EazyDraw Version 4 is a major upgrade that takes full advantage of the expanded capabilities in iPadOS and iOS 26. This update introduces a fully contextual attributes bar, providing convenient, rapid access to frequently used tools and features. On iPad, Version 4 now includes a system menu—simply swipe down from the top to access it. EazyDraw 4 also supports multiple resizable windows on iPadOS 26, providing a more flexible and desktop-like workflow. You can use an external keyboard with full shortcut support, as well as an external trackpad or mouse, which now benefit from the improved pointing accuracy introduced with iPadOS 26. The internal keyboard is resizable and offers single-tap access to the full range of Unicode characters, including emoji.

Design support for SF Symbols: EazyDraw Version 11.11.2 adds support for creating custom symbol iconography for your Apps. This version recognizes SVG templates from the SF Symbols App, then automatically creates EazyDraw layers for guides, notes, and editing. EazyDraw SVG recognizes and preserves template integrity for import back into the SF Symbols app. Create compatible SwiftUI artwork with a few simple steps: Find a similar icon in SF Symbols and choose Export Template, open the template in EazyDraw and design the vector preview wireframe, Export from EazyDraw, and drop the new SVG drawing into SF Symbols.

EazyDraw 3.4.2 for iPad and iPhone is an update that adds support for EazyDraw as an iPad app on macOS. EazyDraw for iPad has several performance optimizations, one of which caused much of the user interface text to appear garbled when used on macOS. This release corrects the problem; the user interface is now crisp and efficiently draws on macOS while still supporting the automatic layout of the user interface upon resizing scene windows. EazyDraw for iPad runs well on macOS because it supports multiple windows and window resizing.

EazyDraw version 3.4.1 is a minor update that improves stability. The update includes several minor bug fixes and a few touchup improvements to the user interface.

EazyDraw version 3.4.0 provides several improvements for exporting and sharing graphics. This version improves sharing integration with mail, files, and other destinations. SVG export has several additions, including improved support for exporting automatic dimensions. SVG drawings exported from EazyDraw implement an alternate approach for marker (arrows) knockout. This implementation extends the EazyDraw property of arrow relief to SVG content. The EazyDraw knockout alternative provides crisp, clean vector arrows for current versions of all popular browsers.

EazyDraw 3.3.0 for iOS and iPadOS adds new thumbnail and Quick Look preview capabilities. This version contains new embedded system extensions to allow other apps and the iOS system to quickly and efficiently preview EazyDraw drawings. The system extension provides the preview without needing to wake or launch EazyDraw. Interact with high-quality, responsive, independent reference images of your drawings in individual and catalog settings. The system Files App supports EazyDraw thumbnails and previews.

EazyDraw for iPad and iPhone version 3.2.0 provides full support for iOS 18. This release improves performance on iOS 18 and fixes final compatibility issues.

EazyDraw for iOS and iPadOS version 3.1.0 adds support for the newest versions of VisionOS. This version fixes several minor problems, including applying automatic cross-over indicators to Bézier curves with linear segments. This version improves JSON file format support, extending this file format to edge cases involving arrays of graphics. This version improves the exact positioning of automatic cross-over and arrow flourishes.

EazyDraw version 3.0.0 is a significant update that brings the EazyDraw code base current with iOS 17. This advance coincides with the introduction of EazyDraw native for Vision OS. The common advanced code base allows EazyDraw on an iPad or iPhone to work smoothly with EazyDraw on a Vision Pro. EazyDraw version 3 on iPad and Vision Pro uses recent advances by Apple and iOS to support multiple active drawing windows fully. This EazyDraw update includes the availability of all font typefaces provided by Apple on iOS and VisionOS.

This is a minor update which makes EazyDraw compatible with the newest versions of iOS and iPadOS. This update has additional improvements and support for SVG editing and vector conversion.

EazyDraw version 2.1.2 includes significant improvements for SVG import of text content from Inkscape. The EazyDraw parser processes a range of deprecated CSS constructs that remain prevalent in Inkscape authored drawings. The recent refinements have added the capability to analyze and reconstruct text content with elaborate typesetting nesting SVG and CSS constructs. In other words: improved text placement accuracy. This update provides improved support for additional Fonts. This version adds support for SVG text-path content. SVG import converts text-path content to editable and adjustable EazyDraw Annotation content.

This update has expanded permissions to allow the use of user-installed custom fonts. The font and typeface menus now automatically discover and support all installed, non-system fonts. This update adds further support for Intaglio drawings. Intaglio drawings are now recognized when browsing import sources for graphic content. Previously Intaglio drawings were admitted only after import to the EazyDraw private finder views.

This update provides a significant improvement for creating new drawings. The new drawings view now offers convenient access to a helpful set of preset page settings. These include standard sizes for paper, video and film, social media, App Store submissions, iconographic, and scaled architecture. This update has several improvements for SVG import and export. And, it is now possible to open Intaglio drawings with this version of EazyDraw. Improved iPad split window support for the scalable keyboard. EazyDraw now remembers scale and position for all split screen sizes and orientations, multiple independent keyboards available when EazyDraw occupies two windows or multiple background task windows.

Version 2.0.1 adds support for Intaglio drawings. Intaglio file type is recognized and identified by a unique file icon. Intaglio drawing files open seamlessly for complete editing as EazyDraw content. Arrows now support different individual standard arrows for the start and end of a path. This was a capability of Intaglio. The addition allows EazyDraw to import and fully support Intaglio Arrow attributes. This update detects and correctly supports all iPhone 13 models. Plus, minor bug fixes and performance enhancements.

EazyDraw mobile version 2.0.0 is a significant update that provides support for iOS and iPadOS 15. This version introduces SVG import and export on mobile devices. EazyDraw version 2 for iPadOS takes iPad multi-tasking to a whole new level when editing multiple drawings simultaneously. Use the fully adjustable split-view sharing with other multi-tasking Apps. Or use split view multi-tasking to work with two EazyDraw drawings side-by-side. Exchange content using convenient copy and paste assisted with pasteboard history. Split view supports scalable keyboards with independent context for all active views.
