Even before downloading, I knew right away that this app was right up my alley, and just what I needed in my life right now ! I typically never leave reviews, let alone on the App Store— but let me tell you when this app saved my life it really did ! I started to fall back in love with the little things in my life and capturing those moments being able to look back at them and even post/sharing them has been a huge motivation for my inner self. I feel this app has influenced me to start looking for those little things in my daily life again. I don’t know what made me stop, but I have been straining away from social media as a whole until this app came along, and literally revived my social existence😂😂 I’ve been having really fun posting little diary, entries, looking back on my day or even my week— I feel this even tapped into a little bit of my inner child as well.. I can feel her screaming from inside of me with excitement. Seeing all the little stickers and additives, you can post onto your photos directly in the app. I no longer have to use one to three different apps just to get the right luck for what I’m trying to post. To be sure, it has been exciting and renewing using this app, and I will be using it from every day on. Lemon8 has my heart and soul. 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋 // or another words: absolutely five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only minor mistakes that I noticed on the app is that the calendar for our sign in’s has Sept 21st listed on THURS & FRIDAY — super minor, but I totally got scared wondering if I missed a day 😂🫶🏼

I absolutely love Lemon8! I’ve gotten more engagement, more reasons to post content, more ideas, than almost anywhere. It reminds me of a smaller networking version of Pinterest. I don’t know why more people aren’t using Lemon8 to their advantage & why it isn’t bigger than what it is or should be. I actually look forward to posting content more here than I do any other platform. Plus it’s super user friendly! My only downfall would be the unnecessary trolls that come to post on your content with out of nowhere rude comments. I know they’re on every platform but if you don’t like a post you see, just don’t engage with it. It seems to be more of an insecurity, jealous of whatever reason, just spiteful remarks. This app is more of a female based app even though it’s for everyone so I think women should support each other more. It’ll take you a long way not just on Lemon8 but in life most importantly. I’m all about constructive criticism but there’s a more decent mature way to go about it. Also, Lemon8 Should do some campaigns more based towards males instead of just girly content and I think it would see a TON of more growth. But as for me, I think it’s great and I love Lemon8🍋!

I recently participated in a challenge on Lemon8 called "Dates." I followed all the guidelines to the letter and posted 260 times, consistently staying at the top of the leaderboard for about four days. Then, without warning, I was removed from the leaderboard. I reached out to their support team, and it was a nightmare trying to get a response. I messaged them five times a day for an entire week before I finally received a short, vague reply saying that my posts didn’t meet the requirements.I was shocked because I had carefully compared my posts to the requirements and they aligned perfectly. To prove my point, I screenshotted the rules and sent examples of my posts side-by-side. Despite this, they refused to offer a valid explanation. Meanwhile, the person who was in second place, and is now first, had around 150 posts when I was removed, and now has over 200. Yet, her posts clearly don't meet the challenge requirements—many aren’t even remotely related to the theme—but she gets to stay on the leaderboard.This experience only solidified my decision to delete the app. Lemon8 has been riddled with other issues for a while, and this unfair challenge was the final straw. The app is unresponsive, lacks transparency, and clearly plays favorites when it comes to challenges. If they can't handle fair competition or proper communication with their users, I don't see how they can sustain a loyal community in the long run.

The only reason why I’m getting this five stars is so hopefully this can be seen cause if I give it one star it’s not gonna show up, but basically I got it on this phone and I signed up and everything and I was charging and for two days TWO DAYS. I was at what like 10%. So then I deleted it. I charged and I got to 100% without lemon8. And I still get the stupid ads when I say I’m not interested and it’s like thank you and it keeps giving me those stupid ads of lemon8. but like it’s not a bad app it’s just it wastes your battery and I didn’t even have the app open. I got it. I got signed in and everything and then I was on it for a little bit and then I had to go to bed so I turned it off and I swiped out of the app the next day as that like I think 20% and I was like OK I’ll just charge him and then I went on lemon8 and I was like OK what’s wasting my battery I’ve been charging for an hour and then I figured out it was lemonade, but besides that it’s actually a great app so I do recommend it but like make sure you have a full battery and then I don’t know but like the actual system of the app is amazing!!
