A few weeks ago I was talking to a buddy of mine and his grandson was playing “Helicopter Escape”. He was really getting into it so I looked over his shoulder to see what was so interesting. Ok let me say I’m 52 years old and I have been a avid gamer since the 70’s when the “Pong” console game came out, yes it was black and white😆! I have enjoyed every game system since but I seem to get bored with them pretty easy but ever since I have loaded this game I have been HOOKED HARDCORE! It’s just pure entertainment for me and I can’t get enough of it in fact I have the first version too and it’s a blast! I have been playing many of the developers “SayGames LTD” games and really dig their gaming vision. I just completed level 700 (not including all the bonus levels) and I haven’t lost interest yet! So if you want a extremely fun game that’s a fast paced multilevel shooter that’s fully customizable this is it! My only criticism is that it’s way too many “Ads”! I would really like to be able to eliminate “Ads”. So load this game and see if you can reach level 700 or better 😆, you’ll enjoy every minute of game play!
It’s Fun, But You Have To Watch Ads

I’m playing Level 900+. I’ve made a purchase to get rid of the ads between levels. There’s a few things bad about this game. (1) The weapon that is available right now is 50k. After each level I get somewhere between $150 & $225. I haven’t figured out why I get a reward amount. It doesn’t seem to be dependent on anything. It takes playing a ton of levels to get the 50k (unless you watch ads after every level to get 3x rewards). (2) When there are the 3 chests with a reward amount, I have NEVER gotten the top reward, it’s either the middle or least amount. Then I watch an ad & it is NEVER the top amount. So basically to get the top reward you have to watch 2 ads. (3) When you get a bunch of shields (I have about 50) the helicopter flies in positions where it is impossible to hit the bad guys without tagging the hostage too. Flying low & directly in front of the hostage, or the bad guys are hidden by your figure. (4) There are times when you fly around the 3 houses (1 at a time) where the bad guy is hidden by the guy that represents you so you can’t see the bad guy & he gets to fire at you to use up a shield. (5) To get any of the outfits, you either have to pay with real money, or watch an ad. —- Even though it’s fun to play, to advance at even a reasonable pace you have to watch a bunch of ads. The ads are always for the same games too. Even if I wanted to play any of them, I wouldn’t get them through the game because of how many ads the developers force you to watch to do any advancing.
Great game but repetitive

This game is great to play but starts to repeat itself if you play long enough. I have been playing every day for months and while it is fun it’s basically the same levels and same bosses with each “new” level. It plateaus in difficulty and becomes fairly easy once you get the higher end tactical shotguns. I think it’s funny because they don’t seem to have any plan to make levels harder once you get around 15 hundred under your belt. Seems as though it’s just repeat what basically amounts to the same levels. Don’t get me wrong I love knowing what to expect but a challenge would be nice. The thing is, I have fought the same big monsters all at least 3 times over and can knock out the bosses that chase you in about 10 seconds. Just decrease the damage the guns do as you upgrade. I will continue to enjoy playing and like the chance to get new costumes in events.

First of all, let me start out by saying that this is now the fifth time I have tried to leave a review. It feels like after leaving my 2 star rating, they severely don’t want to allow my review. I feel the responsibility to leave the feedback regardless so the developers can make improvements in the very least and also maybe warn other potential players. Backstory is that I used to play this game years and years ago and I honestly do not remember why I stopped playing. I got a new phone a couple of months ago and have lightly played other games when I saw this game advertised. I figured it would be a bit nostalgic to download and play it again. I also figured that if they are advertising, it must mean that the game is doing pretty well for itself. I was wrong. The game has many glitches despite the App Store saying the most recent update to it was only 4 days ago to fix or repair some bugs. I am barely 20 levels in and so far, I think the audio has cut out on at least 12 levels. When this happens, it continues onto the following levels. In order to fix it, you have to fully exit and close out the game then relaunch it. Additionally, there are ads for other games that start playing in the middle of a level and oddly only at the top of my screen. Lastly, the game itself, similar to when I’m trying to leave a review here, will close out on its own. Now, I work in tech and I know device compatibility is a huge factor. However, as I mentioned earlier, I got a new phone just a couple of months ago so I know my device is indeed up to date. It is solely this game that is glitching out and it’s making me regret downloading it again. I’d be happy to continue playing, but it’s not worth the headache right now with these glitches. Please fix it!
