Today- I placed an order on my target app. I drove up and parked thinking someone would deliver my goods. I waited 15 minutes and still nothing. I left my two under 2 years of age in the car with my husband as I went inside. Customer service had my order and as they brought it out it was the wrong item. The item not only was a different color but also a different price?!?!?!? As I mentioned that it was in corrected the employees started to point finger to one another. I immediately left to go pull the item myself in the store as my children were in the care and their patients level was slim to none. What is the app for??!!???? I didn’t find the item, so then I asked them if we could order it online.... the manager of the customer service area there then comes back to tell me that their device to place the order was broken!?!?!?!?! I didn’t have the time nor the energy as I truely thought I was going to receive this at the drive up station. He ended up giving me. $5 gift card.... I guess, thanks?!?!? For the gas spent traveling from the other side of town and coming to this particular store because their online said they had this particular item. Time is money—- $5 wasn’t good enough. Not only did I drag my family through that but I wasn’t even able to get my item nor ordered. I’m so disappointed in the way this was handled and expect Target to be aware what’s happening in their stores. Target is one of my favorite stores to shop at for my children but this has definitely left a bitter taste.

First of all, I use it every week. It’s great but there are things that would make it 5 stars. I’ll say I shop on the app only and don’t go in the store because it’s easier. There’s the list. When you add something to the list, one would think that means you can go to the list and just add it to the cart. Nope. If you check the box on the left it removes it from your list. You might as well not use it. It is too circuitous to try and get an item from the list into the cart. It’s faster to just search and add. Shopping previous orders. This should be easier to just look at an older order and add items into your cart. The app automatically selects all the items, and you have to individually unselect items and then add them. Why not just put an add button next to the items and stop trying to force add 50 items. It’s ridiculous. The plus sign on the items is the coupon or deal, which is stupid. The favorite items finally became user friendly to add to the cart. The above issues should be exactly the same when it comes to adding to the cart. Stop showing things not in stock at the local store. If I choose “pickup” the app is supposed to eliminate items in a search that aren’t available. It doesn’t do it all the time. It offers stores that have items that are 50 miles away. Make it a setting I can change if that’s easier. I don’t care what other stores have. I go to my store. If I need something desperately, I’ll search those stores. Stop complicating it.

I cannot NOT love Target! If I won the lottery, I would go in and I would walk down every single aisle and buy whatever my heart desired! Target curb side pick up is my best friend. They have such cute and unique gifts. And a pretty dang good selection of grocery items, although they’re very expensive. I also love the kids clothes. They are cute, adorable, and the price point isn’t terrible, especially if you had a sale. I wish I had more disposable income to spend at Target. I do like that. They changed some other spending deals to be accumulative. Like if you spend $200 you get a $20 gift card. I used to get those deals, and then I would spend $100 one day, $50 an hour later, and $50 two days later, but I wouldn’t get the deal. That was highly annoying! I’m glad they’ve changed that. The Customer Service is also always superb! I think that’s one of the things I appreciate the most. Customer Service these days can be for much as good as nothing, but I have an experience. The staff always seems to be knowledgeable and friendly. There’s just something about walking into Walmart, it’s like a dark gloom sets over you and your brain goes into a fog where you want to think and get your shopping done quickly but you just can’t. You walk around and the zombie. I hate that so much, I never get that vibe at Target! ILU Target ❤️
