I made a payment through the app, usually when you make a payment you get some kind of confirmation number but never got any kind of confirmation that my payment went through. It just sent me back to the main screen to make a payment so I checked my history to see if it went through before making another so I made another payment since it didn’t go through. Well they charged me twice and now they keep saying it will go back in 72 hrs business days and still have not gotten my refund. This was last week, they still haven’t been able to get my refund. I do not recommend this company or app.

It works okay. It’s hard to get enthusiastic over an app that really just lets you make payments on a vehicle loan. I just set up automatic payments. I don’t imagine I will ever actually use the app again. I probably could have just used the website instead, but I guess having the app on my phone makes it easier in some ways if I ever do need to update my automatic payment in the future, however unlikely that may be. The progress bar looks like a nice feature. I can imagine how happy I will be seeing the progress bar when I get to my last few payments. In the meantime, why bother…. Like do I really need to see the progress in the meantime? It’s just a reminder of the burden of paying for this vehicle. I hope it’s not a lemon. 🤣

This new app is absolute trash. They made signing up for it a huge process instead of taking the extra leap and just moving our old logins over. You can’t cancel payments if you want to change it to an ach account so you don’t have to pay the ridiculous convenience fee. It took 5 days for the payment to reflect in my account. Now I get an email that my statement is available and it’s no where to be found in the new app. Don’t try to fix things that weren’t broken Stellantis. I can’t wait to pay this off so I don’t have to deal with them. I recommend using any other lender over Stellantis financial if you can.

Set and did an early Payment before due, like last couple month in old version, because i like to pay on first of month instead sometime mid-month. Suddenly after mySFS (new version) came into play, did the same thing and i have to pay twice within 3weeks now. Option/button to cancel second pay of the month (2weeks before due) is there but does not work. Cant change autopay to an other date. Thats why i had to come back every month to do the early payment on the first.
