There was nothing wrong with the old app. I could pay my bill, and it told me when garbage day is. That's all it needs to do. Now I can't log into the old app because it wants to send verification codes to a phone we don't have anymore. This is going to make it stupidly hard to pay my bill. Why did you even need to create a new app when you could have just updated the old one?

Loving this new app! The modern look and ease of being able to navigate my account within the app rather than being redirected to a web browser is super nice! And I didn’t expect to love the calendar subscription as much as I do! If it’s not in my Apple calendar, it doesn’t exist to me, so the seamless sync was a wonderful bonus!

Improperly set up for alt accounts

Waste management is lumped with utilities through the city and invoices do not have an invoice number. Why wouldn’t you do like the previous app and ask for account number instead? Tried security questions and of course all the names and emails were incorrect for the address. I think I’ll stick with the other app until these issues are fixed.

Currently, municipal customers can simply enter their service address and select "Continue as Guest" to access service information without creating an account or logging in.We're actively working to make this process more intuitive, and an app update planned for next week will help address this issue. App doesn’t work

I reached out to the email given to me for assistance.No response. I did call the number given to me. I told her the app does not recognize my service address including Alamogordo NM. She told me she couldn’t help for me to call my local waste Contol . I did and she couldn’t pull up my address nor could she pull up her own.Why change the app. The old app worked fine.
