I am absolutely tired of the polarization of politics in the United States. At many news outlets, it seems like their reporter bias is stronger than actual facts. The Pour Over isn’t like that. They don’t write news stories. They just tell you the news – not from a Christian perspective or any other perspective – they just say what is happening.The Christian worldview aspect is their response to the news that is presented separately. And they constantly remind you that Jesus didn’t say, “they will know you by your politics.” They encourage hope, peace, and love in Christ from an eternal perspective.Thank you, TPO. I hope other outlets take note and emulate this style of news delivery.

I used to be completely out of touch with world news and didn’t know where to start. The Pour Over has helped me understand what is happening around the world without being constantly overwhelmed with more articles than I can handle.This app helps keep news in its rightful place.

Truly a great app and company! So glad to have access to news but also encouragement through that.My only qualm with the app is the rewards system. It’s nice to offer free items and swag but feel like there isn’t a very good way of obtaining points. I know the main source is the referrals, but feel like should be able to obtain a point each day there is a newsletter and between 5-10 points weekly.

I got exhausted from reading skewed news articles with skepticism and criticism. When I downloaded The Pour Over, I was relieved to read simple and clean news with a Christian perspective. I can stay updated without being overwhelmed with information and anxiety.
We smoothed out the onboarding experience so getting started is quicker and less bumpy. And if annual wasn't your speed, you can now pay monthly up front instead. Plus a few small bug fixes. Thanks for reading the news with us.
