Coffee, Tea, and Goodness are the very essence of what we serve. From the humble beginning in a small 1,100 square foot store located in the heart of Little Saigon, a band of brothers and close friends met in 2011. With backgrounds in law, banking, sales, and engineering, this group rolled up their sleeves and lit the fire. Pot and spatula in hand, they washed, tossed, and stirred the large pot as the sweet aromas of chrysanthemum, jasmine tea leaves, longan fruit, cane sugar, artichoke, and other herbs filled the kitchen. Paying close attention to every detail of how each ingredient mixed in the large boiling pot, they came to produce not just the 7 Leaves Herbal Tea, but a vision.
A vision to create a company that brings together the best products from various cultures around the world and apply the finer details to make them even better. Details such as consistent product quality, exceptional customer service, and a nurturing environment were added to the equation that encompasses the culture of 7 Leaves. Our goal at 7 Leaves is simple, to be the change in everything that we do, from our culture of care to the quality of our products, and to how we can better serve our communities.
Today, 7 Leaves has expanded across Orange County, growing from southern to northern California. We will continue to reach as many communities as we can across the country, starting with Nevada, Texas, and moving eastward. Charging more for ordering
If anyone hasn’t noticed on their statement yet I would take a look. When I downloaded the app and decided to skip the line and order via the app it wasn’t until after I paid that I noticed they’re charging you more to do that which seems to me like it’s an extra tax due to the covid pandemic. I love 7 leaves but what’s the point of using the app to skip the line if they’re just going to take advantage and charge us more for the same drinks. Also if you didn’t notice the sizes for the drinks only start with regular and to get an actual large they charge you an “upsize” fee which is odd. I feel like large should also be an option without the upsize fee..
Great drinks bad app
I visit 7 Leaves on a regular basis. I love the drinks and rewards program, but what I HATE is the app glitches SO much!! I’m hoping my review will encourage them to fix it because it’s honestly really bad. This review is not to discourage anyone from trying 7 Leaves or their rewards program.
I can’t even tell you how many times things disappear off the app menu for no reason. Then I’ll go in person and they aren’t even out of that drink or topping!? I’m writing this review now because I have enough leaves to get a free drink but I can’t because the matcha soy I typically order is no where to be found on the app today. It will magically reappear at some point. I wish I could at least use my leaves in person but they don’t allow that. You have to use them and order via the app. It’s honestly ridiculous.
Please fix the app!
I just wanna respond to somebody comment…
I haven’t noticed an increase in your prices if you use their app… However, every time you use an app for delivery or pick up, does not with the company they charge you with me to the convenience of it of course if you’re at the store already you’re gonna go to the store or at least put the barcode and get credit for point… But charge for an app size everywhere charges you to increase the size it’s not probably Valon that’s all I’m going to say that because they’re not I believe out to get anybody for their money and your product is a very good product delivered. Cost a lot more .
