I’ve been going to my Club4 gym for over a month now and have enjoyed it! Getting the Premium membership has allowed my wife and I access to our local gym 24/7. I travel for work and where I travel there are Club4 gym in my territory so having access to those gyms with my membership has been great keeping me on my fitness journey. The app makes things easy not having to have a key fob. Also, being able to use the app for scheduling classes in the gym and linking it to MyFitnessPal app to monitor my nutrition is an added bonus. I highly recommend any Club4 gym.

I visited 2 times to the local gym at which time I contracted the chicken pox for the second time in my life. THEY HAD NO REGIMENT FOR KEEPING EQUIPMENT CLEAN! I have been charged over $500 for those 2 visit. I appealed to the company this last month explaining my situation and even got a letter from my PCP. The request even went to the GM to see if my health condition that I acquired from the gym could be considered and that some of the $500+ I have been charged could be refunded considering I went TWICE. The said "NO!". Then today they charged me another $26. I am on a fixed income and what they have taken out of my bank totals 1/3 of my monthly income!SERIOUSLY!? NO COMPASSION OR CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS AT ALL!My doctor said it was the worst case she had ever seen. I was getting over a serious health crisis and my doctor thought going to the gym would aid my recovery. I even signed up for a trainer. After contracting the chicken pox from the gym (I didn't go out otherwise) my doctor says that I need to stay in totally now because the chicken pox has compromised my liver and kidney.

CLUB4 needs to invest the money they charge for membership fees into their app. The app is TRASH. Can’t update payment methods, can’t switch between payment methods, can’t add a new one. My husband has the app too, but has a make a payment option, which I don’t! It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to have to stop by the desk because they don’t know what they’re doing most of the time anyways. Fix the app, take a page out of the many gyms around (LA, 24HR, Planet, etc) and update the app to make it more user friendly and less glitchy.
