Aama (आमा, “mother” in Nepali) is a calm companion for heavy minds and restless nights.
TALK TO SOMEONE KIND
Chat with a warm AI companion: a mother, father, friend, sibling or guardian, whichever comforts you most. Aama listens without judging and replies gently. Companion memory is optional and off until you turn it on.
FALL ASLEEP
Soft rain, monsoon, thunder and nature sounds, calm music, and a sleep timer that keeps playing when your screen is locked. With Aama Plus you can also play your own folder of meditation, prayer or bhajan recordings. Your files stay on your phone.
BREATHE
Guided breathing with a gentle lotus, soft vibrations, and the 4-7-8 pattern. Plus adds Box, Calm, Quick relief and Sleepy. If you choose, sessions can be saved as Mindful Minutes in Apple Health.
REFLECT
A private mood journal with an optional Face ID lock, sticky notes, gentle daily check-ins, and a personal safety plan that is always there when you need it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your journal, notes and safety plan stay on your iPhone. Chats are not saved on our server.

Monthly or yearly, with a free week for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
