Break free, with the “My Work” app from ADP. ADP Workforce Manager is the future of workforce management, and is designed entirely for the optimal mobile workforce management experience. The My Work app brings this powerful management tool to your favorite mobile devices. Managers can check attendance, update schedules, approve timecards, monitor overtime and more, while getting out from behind a desk and into the workplace, where they can better serve customers, run operations and interact with employees. Employees can easily and quickly clock in/out, transfer jobs, check schedules, swap shifts, request time off and more, without having to get to a computer or a timeclock. Even practitioners can check on and process timecards remotely, to help ensure a payroll process is running smoothly. Note that the My Work app is only available to employees of ADP Workforce Manager clients. Use the same username and password that you would use to login through your web browser.

Why doesn’t this use Face ID to let me log in? And then I get three attempts to login before it locks up my account. It’s not easy to reset the password either. And then I finally get logged in and I just get error message saying that I logged out…? I have to put my availability in through this app and I can’t get logged in. And then it’s confusing once I am logged in.

I was able to finally get this app to work. Now I just wish that there was a way to sync this app with my phone’s calendar.

HORRIBLE

The structure of this app is horrible. Doesn’t flow well, glitchy constantly. I’m so upset my company switched apps because this is HORRIBLE. Please make it at LEAST more stream line. Take example from the app UKG ultipro if you need one. And STOP telling people to delete the app and just redownload it- FIX THE PROBLEMS and stop asking if people are “still having the same issue” OBVIOUSLY they are since there are 46 reviews as recent as April saying there’s an issue. From what I’ve read in the reviews online and my own experiences, Y’all are honestly useless. Fix your app, someone gets paid to do it and it effects thousands of people’s lives.

glitches galore

Literally can’t clock in or out on time without this app malfunctioning. With how many people have to use this to work I feel like this app needs to be better. Please fix glitches and the layout a bit.
