Every day, AG Loop reads your HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep (synced automatically from Health Connect/HealthKit) and fuses them into one daily Readiness Score. On a low-readiness day, your workout load and nutrition targets adjust automatically — no guessing whether today should be a hard day or a rest day.
REAL PERIODIZATION
No flat, repeat-forever workout plan. AG Loop builds real training blocks — undulating rep ranges, an RPE ramp, and a scheduled deload week — tailored to your goal, so your training actually progresses week to week.
