We have been staying in the Bahamas with our cat with advanced kidney disease and he had a rapid decline with entirely new symptoms on the Sunday evening over the Easter holiday when all local facilities were closed. I signed up for this service at midnight and within five minutes was on a Zoom with the most kindly wise vet you could imagine. He gave us a list of items we could try to get otc from the pharmacy for our cat and spoke with us in depth about what was going on with him. It was clear to us this was serious. We brought him in first thing Tuesday morning when the local vet re-opened and he stayed there for five days receiving treatment and care. What was amazing was I continued to message with this vet to update him and ask questions and he was so present and kind and kept saying things like give him a pat from me. I felt like I had much needed support during our time of need and received it. Again $30 a month for this was pennies in comparison to the support we received. An excellent service. Thank you. Our cat is better now. He’s still end stage kidney disease but he’s alert, eating, drinking, and no longer hiding in the back of the shoe closet in deep distress, poor little guy. We are beyond grateful.

So thankful for this app!

I just adopted a 2yr old kitty who had a pretty tough time adjusting to my apartment. For the first 72hrs he didn’t eat, drink, or defecate. When he finally had a bowel movement there was some blood and I was very concerned. I was about to pack him up and rush him to the vet, but my friend told me about Airvet and I figured I would give it a try first! So thankful that I did. I was connected with a vet immediately who eased my concerns and told me that an emergency vet visit wasn’t necessary and to allow him some time to adjust and keep an eye on things... sure enough a couple days later the blood was gone! He’s happy and healthy. I am so happy that I didn’t further traumatize him with another car ride and vet visit, and was able to let him fully relax and acclimate. I loved that I was able to text with the vet for 72hrs as she answered so many of my new kitty owner questions! Overall such a wonderful experience. I would pay $30 any day just to get some professional help in terms of a decision on whether or not a vet visit is necessary. Get this app!

ONLY tele-vet app that works!!

Our dog was injured while camping and no nearby vets or emergency facilities could accept new patients. We just needed someone to let us know if it was big enough emergency to drive 40 minutes and wait 3 hours at a clinic or if we could wait until morning to take him to our primary vet. After downloading 4 other apps that all either crashed or took 15 minutes to try to navigate and ultimately left me so frustrated!!! I found this option. Set up was super clear as easy, took a couple minutes and we were talking live with a vet within 5 minutes!!! She was super compassionate to our concern and set our minds at ease that the injury was minor and could certainly wait and have us instructions to wrap the injury and keep clean using our first aid kit. She was totally right and by the end of the night the injury was already much better and our dog was happy as could be. For pure convenience and ease of use during a critical time, this is a GREAT APP!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
