They’ve gotten it together pretty good with this app. It gets a little complicated at times. But there have been people to help us with this and I think this is a great thing and I’m glad our company has enlisted Evernorth. I know I’ve lost 70 pounds and much healthier now.

Used to be a fine app. Updates have slowly removed the automatic tracking/syncing of activity and sleep from other apps thru the health app. All permissions are still turned on. No reason why it shouldn’t sync. I even open the app more and more often. To the point where it’s a daily thing. And hardly force close the app. So it’s “open” in the background. Still no syncing. Obviously this is on purpose. Especially since we’ve gone thru numerous updates with no changes to syncing. Disappointed they’ve resorted to making us manually tracking our activity just so they don’t have to pay out as many rewards. Shady business practices in my eyes. They know most people won’t even bother with manual tracking. Whatever happened to ethical business practices…Besides this, not very user friendly either. Also seems to have gotten worse over time. Come on now. Do better. Be better.

Terrible design for rewards gift cards. Earned a visa reward gift card. Never received my redemption link. Thinking that it would eventually come through, I ended up forgetting about it. Tried to call customer service knowing it has been quite a while to get another one sent out. When they finally resent the link they sent me an expired link saying you only have 6 month to use. Well I never got the email that told me that in the first place. Thinking they would just take a few dollars off the card for each month that had passed, but nope, they just take the entire balance. Not sure how that works when it was their fault I never received the redemption link in the first place. You work all year to build up your rewards just to get nothing. Not worth it.

God knows why these companies make members and their families to switch to non-function and primitive apps like Evernorth. Cast light is so user friendly with easy navigation. Whether you work on full website or on mobile app the look and feel is the same and so convenient in accessing any feature. I am so disappointed with Evernorth app as stats are hidden under Home and that is where your wellness activities are recorded. No monthly feature just need to scroll day by day.Being first time user I am so off with this app. Wish castlight is still alive. As other members mentioned rewards are not getting updated. And seems like activity reward points are not considered towards annual rewards contribution 😢.
