I’ve been using Almost Ready to keep track of my work meetings, social plans, and everything else I’ve got going on, and it’s honestly made a big difference for me. The biggest thing is it actually helps me stay on time. I’m not constantly checking the clock or worrying I’m going to miss something anymore.Everything is simple and easy to manage, so I can just drop my schedule in and trust it. It’s been really helpful for keeping my day organized and making sure I’m where I need to be when I need to be there! Overall easy to use and very helpful!

I got really excited when I first discovered this app. It really does help to keep me on track, and having the dynamic island enabled with the timer is super useful. I also like the summary at the end which shows how long everything took me (though I wish it showed all tasks, the “+ _ more” text isn’t actually a button). It’s honestly exactly what I needed. However, there are some things that could be changed to improve user experience, especially since the app now requires a paid subscription for the most useful features. (I haven’t yet used it long enough to see the long term statistics / learning, so I can’t speak to that specifically)Say I’m setting up my morning routine, and the last goal is “Out the door” (one of the standard templates). I don’t like how easy it is for that end “goal” to move around in the schedule. Personally, if I’m putting tasks in, they’re tasks that I have to do before leaving, like feed my cat or pack my bag. But if I sleep in by accident for a few minutes, I’ll just find that “Out the door” has shifted to be before my other necessary tasks, and the time shown at the top says I’ll be on time. I don’t notice this, because I’d have to scroll down through my tasks to see that my end goal got moved up. Maybe it does flag that this happens. Either way, it’s not obvious enough. I’d rather it stay fixed and show me how late I’d be if I do take my time with all my tasks. It’s actually made me late a couple times because of this, but again, the app says I was on time because of everything I just explained. Whether the solution is to flag that the end goal has shifted up in a more obvious way (eg: pop up alert with a different color scheme, saying which tasks are below it) or to fix the end goal in place as the last task, and have to confirm via a pop up that you do want to move it, there should be some update in this regard. One other small bug I’ve experienced is that sometimes the dynamic island and the app don’t sync up. I’ll press the check mark and start the next task on the dynamic island, but on the app it will still be on the previous task. It’s not a huge issue, but worth flagging for a paid app. Overall, very excited by this app, it’s been mostly very helpful and I look forward to using it each morning!

I absolutely love the almost ready app! There’s truly nothing else like it. It has completely changed the way I organize my day and helps me stay on track and on time. If I realize I forgot something or need to add a new thing to do, I can easily update it and the app automatically adjusts my schedule. It has quickly become an essential part of both my daily routine & when getting ready for events or plans with friends!

As someone who mismanages my time quite often, this app truly helps me plan my days out and keeps me not just on schedule, but ahead of schedule! I’ve used it for a couple days now, and everything has gone so much smoother in my day to day life. Strongly recommend this app to anyone who struggles to manage their time, because this app takes all the stress out of that process and allows you to go about your day never overstimulated about what’s next!
