AMP Park 4+

I thought that perhaps this issue would be solved with the latest update finally, but it hasn’t. Every time I OPEN the app it crashes. I’ve updated my phone, deleted and redownloaded, set up new accounts with different emails, and none of it matters; it ALWAYS CRASHES. This started happening a month ago and still hasn’t been resolved with the most recent update. I have to run into class and hope that I don’t get fined while I pull out my computer to use the desktop website version and pay, which has happened before. The mobile website has a map that’s very difficult to operate. I actively want to pay, it terrifies me to be fined. I never thought I’d say this, but PLEASE make it easier to just take my money!
By the way, the whole time, the UC Davis email hasn’t mattered, I have found no supposed student discount. :(

This app has a very unfortunate feature of consistently crashing, sometimes doesn’t even recognizing the payment. Thus, getting a ticket even if I paid. Don’t be too creative for making money, don’t realize management efficiency in university parking, just make it reasonable. Due to the app being such a misery, I can promise that the willingness to pay has decreased significantly. Currently mine is those of zero.

The app keeps crashing every time I open it. The only way I know my payment went through is because it shows on my statement. I don’t know if it shows that I paid on the other end. It’s a constant struggle with this application!
