Slow

The email takes forever to open on my Iphone13. Why is this happening?

BAD internet

I’ve had Armstrong internet for about 15 years with no real issues. Recently they FORCED me to “upgrade” to the new (more expensive) fiber internet, and it does NOT work! I literally had to disconnect to leave this review. The website just says “modem offline, but no issues detected”. When I called to troubleshoot the guy told me that the new fiber networks don’t show proper statuses on the website or app. When I asked if that was an issue they were working on, he said “no, that’s just how it is.” I’m going to start researching other internet providers because I need connection for work.

Not really

It’d be nice if email could checked from within the app instead of redirecting to browser, requiring login again. I have my email app settings exactly as the instructions show but can’t send anything. Customer support shows options of text, chat, call. If you text or chat they punt and say you need to call, no matter the question.
