Autopay Not Completed

We used the app just fine, then this month I thought to set up autopay. I got to the final page and never click the button to complete the autopay set up and exited out of the app. So I never completed the auto pay set up. I got no confirmation for the auto pay being set up not an email or a confirmation of any kind. If I had I could have gone in and canceled it. A few days later, the automatic payment came out and was processing out of the wrong account cause an NSF fee and us being late because we couldn’t transfer all the money at once to the account it was pulling from. Now I’m hesitant to use the app.

Please add back the amount owed on the Pay page

Please add back the display of how much I owe or how much I've paid ahead of time that used to be on the Pay page in the app until some time within the past week, when it was removed. People need to know exactly how much their landlord's computer system says they owe when they're trying to pay. Some people also want to prepay a certain number of months of rent, and it would be very useful to them to know what amount of credit they've built up according to their landlord's computer system.

Hi Rarrikins! Your landlord can actually turn on this level of detail for you to be able to see transaction history within the app. Please reach out to your property management company to enable this feature.

Payment Issue

Me and my partner first time using this app for our first apartment and it said we didnt have funds which is lie we do so now they added 15$ extra on our rent which makes NO SENSE. We called our bank told us no transaction took place , if we paying rent through an app should come out automatically. Horrible ….. we are hoping our second payment goes threw if not deleting it HORRIBLE…

Hi Savagecaro, please reach out to your property management company regarding the $15 late fee and they should be able to assist you with other options for payment. Regarding payment through the app, please try using a different form of payment as there might have been an issue with your card or bank information.
