I love being able to share my ID cards

Plus deductibles are also nice

Not helpful

Half the time doesn’t work at all. Just a blank screen when logging in. Dependents have given me access multiple times but still says I don’t have access to see their claims. Trying to use drug finder for PBM doesn’t work either, again just an almost blank screen after I log in. These complaints are just about the app. Don’t get me started about the outrageous cost for this plan and the lack of choices and coverage.

Terrible coverage

My employer changed to SmartHealth several years ago, and all I can say is that I’m blessed to have stayed healthy. Not because of them, but because they literally try to get out of paying anything. If you love to have a coverage that has your back 0% of the time, SmartHealth is for you. I didn’t seek out to write this review, by the way. I signed in to see why I just got a bill for the labs my husband had done with his YEARLY PHYSICAL. Thanks SmartHealth for being the absolute worst.
