Needs some work

We use this app at my company and it has some flaws, the first one is only on a computer, can you see certain sections of the work order that are not visible online the app. Like the comment section for communication between the requester and the tech. Nor can you see the association section so the tech can know what work orders go with the current one they’re working on. The filter option constantly pulls up old work orders from the past. Even with dates added and the ascending and descending options used. There needs to be a better way to filter out old work orders. I’ve manually, done it on the computer, also I’m an admin with tech background, it may benefit for a simpler clearcut way for people who are tech illiterate.

Can’t upload pictures any more

Overall gets the job done. You can create, fill out and organize work orders. I wish you could auto fill some of the commonly used fields. Having the most commonly used options available at the top of drop down lists would be nice. For some reason, I can’t upload pictures any more. Used to be pretty easy. Now it just shows a group of pictures that I uploaded before as selected. When I select the new ones to add to the work order and select done, nothing happens.

Tired mechanic
There is so much lacking with this app that I don’t even know where to start. It’s buggy and unbelievably slow. After struggling 5-10 minutes to just create a work order, completing it is a whole other mountain to climb. And this is all just assuming the app doesn’t crash and boot you to Home Screen before you get the chance to save anything. Adding parts to a work order is next to impossible, as half of the time no matter how you word something in the search bar it won’t show it. As of this most recent update, I’ve actually LOST the ability to attach files and photos to work orders, a function that is ESSENTIAL to my job. I’m not tech savvy nor are most in this field. FIGURE IT OUT.

We use this app at my job. Everything has to load so you have to wait for every thing you enter. Searching for an asset should be revisited in the program. Make it where you can search for things using keywords to avoid. Make that possible in the settings. Like "don't like assets with xxx in the title. Currently, I can't even use it. It won't load up and crashes every time I try to use it. Now I have to get in a computer to use that version, that I can't stand, to make work orders. I can't make them at each asset when I'm done with my call. This app is trash and needs to be overhauled. It frequently boots you when it is working.
