I just downloaded the app and had 600 notifications of missed calls/chats. I went through every one and changed some settings, restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked, and I still have 600 notifications even though I have no missed calls or texts or voicemails. I even went through and deleted full text chains. The notifications went down by one, but next time I went back to the home screen it was back up to 600. I called support and apparently this is a problem for a lot of people. Please fix this!

we’ve been using broad voice in the beehive for years with the old app, they had us download this new app two days ago, and this is the worst app out there, it doesn’t tell you who has called it only shows the phone number you can’t just delete the chats. You have to go back into your online account. It’s not user-friendly the old app work great so far I have 976 calls in it as I look and I don’t know if I have called those people back if I have spoken with those people or if those people still need help this is just the worst app ever when I called there was no way to easily fix it they would send a note to the engineers but unfortunately, after years of using this company, I think we will be going with a different company. If this is the app we have to use.

Mobile app extremely lacking in common sense functionality. Can’t click on a voice mail to return a call. Calls that go to voice mail don’t show up in call log. My missed call log shows one single call from a month ago despite many missed calls. The call log is a total disaster on the mobile app. No rhyme or reason as to when or which calls will show up in the log. I’ve called in to tech support, questioning if they are capable of or even intend on addressing some of these major deficiencies. Maybe they aren’t interested in business models that rely on a functioning mobile access phone system. I’m currently shopping for a different vendor.
