I am always glad to quickly use this app. I can easily add money to my account, change debit cards and it’s all taken care instantaneously. So much better than using the online EZTAG method

As much as I love the app and my being able to use the toll ways without the commitment, there are some things that need to be changed/added to this system. For one, we need the ability to completely remove a vehicle from our accounts, not just having it disabled. Even the ability to hide vehicles would be better than nothing. And two (which harkens back to number one) we need the ability to be able to transfer funds from one tag to another without having to call the central servicing call-in line. That line is only useful for the people who work normal hours daily or in an environment where they can actually make calls during the day. I have $10 stuck on a car that has been crushed into a cube. I don’t need that car on my account and I need my $10 tomorrow but the line is closed on weekends... for now, the app gets three stars.

I started traveling to the city for work a few months ago. I have auto refill of up to $30 for this app. I noticed recently that it was pulling $30 several times a day on certain days. When I looked into it I noticed it hadn’t pulled any money from my account for several months even though it had permission to do so. It was back-paying itself for non-payment when it failed to pull the funds when my balance got
below $5. I stopped the auto refill and will manage it myself.
