My stay was truly fantastic. The manager, Joseph, was exceptionally nice and ensured I had everything I needed before my stay. Despite my flight being delayed, he communicated with me frequently, making sure I knew where I was upon arrival and even showed me how to open the door. He really went above and beyond to ensure my day was great.The apartment I stayed in was very clean and nicely furnished. The only thing missing was forks, but overall, it was a pleasant stay. I enjoyed the location, as it was within walking distance to everything I needed, making it convenient for the business conference I attended.I also had the chance to eat in Little Italy, which was a delightful experience. The environment was fantastic, my stay was a perfect 10 out of 10.

Up front, the pricing seems awesome. I chatted someone about booking a week in Sacramento and the pricing was perfect, the pricing up front anyway. I asked about parking prior to booking and the parking fee is $20/Day to $300 a month. I also notified about bringing a small dog and wasn’t advised about any pet fees, I then specifically asked about any pet fees and wasn’t advised there were pet fees. Upon booking they make you immediately do a check in process online and the surprises start there. For a 1 week stay, total of $691 before these hidden fees and parking, the pet fee is $300 and non refundable. There is also a separate $300 deposit that’s “refundable” 7 days later. So $1291 total with the hopes they are nice and at least refund the $300 deposit. Nowhere on the website do they mention a pet fee or security deposit besides some vague “we may collect a certain amount” statement hidden deep in their website. During the entire booking process none of this was mentioned to me by the Barsala rep, nor when I went back to look if they mention this if you were to book yourself. I called for a refund and was advised all they could do is submit a request for a refund that is subject to approval within a vague timeline.

It won’t let me erase the bad review so allow me to update … a man named Daniel from their business called and heard me out .. we agreed like civil people and came to terms.. I was issued a full refund due to circumstances beyond my control due to cancellation and me needing to rebook at a different city and he took the time to hear rather than just stare at policy and paper. This fully restored my faith in them which good because they have such great locations and accommodations… truly great to see humanity still exist

The apartment we rented was AMAZING!! It had everything we needed for our spring break vacation in Florida. It was super clean, fully furnished, the decor was so nice and modern, and the location was perfect for us. We loved the pool and hot tub!! The staff with Barsala were easy to access and so friendly. They checked on us throughout our stay and walked me thru a super easy check in/out process. They were quick to respond with any questions I had. We will definitely stay there again!!!
