I’m one of the “Help”

I found out by picking my choices from home of what I’m going to buy, it will automatically give you the app pricing just by scanning your loyalty card or App barcodes (same thing) at checkout. Once you are in the store the internet connection pops up allows you to click on it, maybe phones need to be checked once in store to see if you’re on “data” or internet? Mine works. 🤷‍♀️

Need ability to create list from store inventory

I have option to shop at Bashas, Fry’s or Safeway. All within 2 miles. Both the Fry’s and Safeway app allow the shopper to create a list based on entering an item in the search bar and then the applicable options come up. Bashas does not let you do this. My Fry’ store I input milk and up come the available option in inventory. Safeway samething. Bashas I input milk and NOTHING came up. Really there is no milk of any brand or any kind at the store. Was trying to save myself from driving to both stores and wanted to go directly to the store that had the item I needed. The Bashas app thwarted my every attempt to see if they had Shamrock milk in stock today as Fry’s was out. After messing with the app for a half hour I realized this can’t be done. Your app designers need to do focus groups on how clients want to use the app. This app appears to only be good for coupons and only exactly what you type. Not user friendly experience.

Frustrating app to use

My password didn’t save for some reason on my phone, so I was stuck trying to reset it. No matter how many times I tried, or what combination of letters, capitals, numbers and symbols I used, the “submit” button wouldn’t work. Even when I tried to send in a trouble ticket, I had to know my “thank you card” number - unlike most grocery stores, it was not my phone number, and I had no idea how to look it up. I was just trying to find out if they carried meat thermometers, and you can’t even search online unless you have an account! Then, when I tried to call the store, I kept getting pushed from department to department, and no one could just go and check for me. So, no functional app, poor customer service, and unfortunately the closest grocery store to us!
