Okay

The app is okay. I like that it links you to helpful information like explaining accumulated credit and friendly hours. Notification always comes through so no issue there either. I’m still getting used to m-power, so far I don’t like it, but appreciate that this option is available. I still follow my previous easy 3 schedule, as I get used to it, but see no real difference in my usage. My biggest issue is that it does not allow debit and credit cards as a way to add credit to my account. The pay stations are not an option for me right now so I try to keep what I can as convenient as possible. My direct deposit goes to my cash app, so the app not accepting the account and routing number was frustrating. I tried with my credit card as well and same issue. Also, being forced to keep an unused bank account open is likely going to be the deal breaker. Yes I could transfer from CA to my bank but I no longer have that debit card since the account is supposed to be closed and I have money on my cash app debit card. This would be the main reason I switch back.

PLEASE FIX

I love the app BUT it is no longer sending notifications that power is low. This is posing a problem. Although I’ve started to put it on my calendar to check it, what’s the point of the app if I have to do that?
Also it would up d be nice if the app would allow credit card payments instead of going online.
Please fix if possible.

App Notifications

My power just randomly shut off without warning me of low credit. Normally, I would get notified if I have less than 2 days (which I prefer $10 & under), but it was better than nothing (and other machines always beeped, mine doesn’t). I just checked a few days ago & had plenty of credit and was going to check within 2 days, then while napping out, my power shut off. I thought it was my complex, like other constant issues, ended up being on my end. I know it’s been hot outside & the AC runs more, but in the last 3 yrs of this place, my credit has never drained like that. Real disappointed SRP hasn’t fixed this issue for mobile alerts. Luckily, I didn’t have to call & was able to have it turned back on after a few mins of waiting.
