A friendlier and faster way to pay your bill and manage your account has arrived. Introducing SRP’s mobile app for residential customers. Whether you’re at home, out of town, or simply on the go – access to your SRP account is as simple as reaching into your pocket.
Features to keep you in the know:
Daily Cost and Usage: Get a snapshot of your energy costs and usage by the hour, day or month. If you’re enrolled in one of our Time-of-Day plans, you can even see how much energy you’ve used during on-peak and off-peak hours to optimize your savings.
Payments: View your balance and make payments quickly and securely, from anywhere. Save payment information and even schedule future payments.
Report and View Outages: When your power goes out, quickly report it and get estimated restoration times. You can also see areas out of power using the interactive outage map along with the cause and number of customers affected.
Stay informed: Receive push notifications to get updates on your bill, payments, or a power outage.
Use your SRP My Account login to access the app. Don’t have My Account? No problem! Simply register your SRP account using the app.
Note: Depending on your price plan, some features may not be available with this release.

Need usage data on budget billing? Sorry, not for you.
I used to use the SRP app to check my energy usage periodically - after I signed up for Budget Billing, I wasn't able to. If you can't see your usage and are on Budget Billing - that's what's happening. I know this because I just switched from budget billing to standard and can now see usage on the app again. Ask SRP why, because in all of my contact with them, they don't have an answer. Whether you are budget billing or standard, you should be able to see at LEAST your usage. After all, usage is kind of the basis of SRP'S product, regardless of billing preference...
Newest version is terrible
I loved the app, then they updated it two weeks ago and now it’s garbage. It’s slow and sluggish, it can’t remember my login information and keeps logging me out, even though I tell it to remember my login information. I used faceID to recall a stored password from the srpnet website and it still refuses to fill in my information and log me in. I used to use the app to pay my bill and record my daily usage, but now I can’t go back several days without getting a headache from frustration. It’s slow and just doesn’t work now. I did not use the app to pay this time because I just did not want to fight with it. PLEASE REVERT TO A PREVIOUS VERSION! I hate this new app!
We need an app that works for ipad!
We surely need an app that works for ipad correctly, this app is very convenient for srp customers on the go but for home use we could really use an app that works for ipad/tablets. I’d like to see a full screen version for my ipad, i think we would all appreciate having a good app that works for our phones and tablets. Earn your 5th star!!! Thank you!
