Worst app I have ever seen
I can’t even log on, let alone pay my bill. This is ridiculous. Too bad I have to give it a star in order to write a review.
Update: Tried again a few days later. Logged on with my thumbprint and viewed all my bills. The trouble I had earlier must have been just a glitch in the system. Changing my rating to 5*
Balance stopped showing
I’ve been using this app for nearly two years. It has been a fast and easy way to pay my gas bill. The last 3 months my balance shows current/up to date even though I did have a bill due. I have deleted the app and downloaded it again and for some reason it still doesn’t show it. I have to pay the balance a different way. It would be great if this could be fixed.
Easy to navigate
Quick to load and easy to understand the areas to navigate to. I appreciate the options for payment and have never had an issue using the app.
