Amazing functionality and ease of use

Big and continues to amaze us with the robustness of the program, the depth and detail to which can be operated and yet the smooth and simple user interface for even the beginner. At our business we can have a customer service person using the program very quickly without much training due to its intuitive design and yet the depths to which we can work with the program continues to satisfy. We are very happy that we have chosen Bigan for our CRM and the support service has been very good!

Would be better with some additions

I just started and so far so good. I have a couple suggestions. 1. Increase max tags per record (5 seems to be the max). 2. Add lookup fields between contact, company, and product. Almost ideal for a small business.

Clean and easy

So often sales driven CRMs are cluttered. Not this one!

For me, as CEO, it allows me to see the world and progress on deals. For my team it allows them to capture data easily, stay on track and increase their close rate.
