Freshsales is a cloud-based sales CRM (customer relationship management). It comes with built-in phone and email, event tracking, lead scoring, automations and integrations with a variety of apps.
The Freshsales mobile app for iOS makes it easy for you to access your customer data and track your sales pipeline on your favorite Apple device, wherever you are.
From the calendar inside Freshsales, you can use Google Maps and even book an Uber to the location of your meeting. You can also add leads, contacts, accounts and deals, make phone calls, send emails and change deal stages on the mobile app. All edits are automatically synced with your Freshsales web app, so your customer data is always up to date.
Renamed modules in Chinese, now in mobile: If you renamed the modules in Chinese (Simplified) in your Freshsales web app, your changes now reflect in the mobile app.

Love Freshsales; need to see messages in app
Lots to like about the clean interface and I love the program overall. But functionality is greatly limited when I need to login to my computer to see messages/emails from my leads. Cannot see them in the app. Maybe I’m missing something
iPad application needs work
I am encountering a number of different deal breaking bugs. One is that my application on the iPad is stuck in Landscape mode no matter what. Also, I can only scroll down so far on my lead list before I cannot see anymore of my leads. There is no option for another page of leads and my leads do not load as they do on the iPhone app. I was really considering purchasing a year but until this is fixed I am afraid I am not going to be able to.
Update: the bug has continued over to my iPhone. I am unable to scroll down my full lead list.
Good start, needs a few fixes
The app allows great control to navigate to the next sales function. Looks similar to web design. Quick response and ease of reading details.
One major issue, in leads if you click the mail icon we must choose the mail app to contact our prospect. I'm thinking of the web where the system is emailing not my mail app. Why here?
However that isn't the only problem when setting an appointment, and clicking on email at the bottom, it only allows the native mail app with no choice to use other mail apps???
Developer stopped me from continuing to use at this point.
