Helps me a lot!
This app has been around a while and I feel it unnoticed largely. I am not the most efficent person throughout the year and have a tendency to put things (reciepts, bookeeping, mileage, etc) til tax time. And that is when I hit this app hard. It saves me every time. I really like the interface, the organization, and the ability to sync my entries across all my ios, and macos devices. When I am on the go, this is invalueable. The app is fairly priced, and the subscriptions (drive tracking, and human-decoding of reciepts) are not badly priced either. I would pay more, because it is a well-written, well supported app. FIVE BIG STARS for a grat app!

I’ve been using various versions of BizExpense Tracker since 2011 and have been continually impressed with the quick and detailed support from Scott. Very few, if any, apps have this level of thoughtful support.
The time taken to fully answer my queries over the years has me wishing that oh so many other developers would embody the principle of supporting existing customers a priority, contrasted with just a new shiny object.
The ongoing improvements reflect a real understanding of how this is used in actual situations, as opposed to having to accommodate limitations of an app that appears to come from a lab environment.
Even though I’ve moved on from corporate life to private consulting work, BXT saved me considerable amounts of sanity over the years dealing with accounting departments, who relished in making expense report submissions the bane of my life 😖

I’ve been a devoted user of BizXpenseTracker for years, and recently upgraded to the Pro version. BIG IMPROVEMENT! I highly recommend it.
The app — BXT for short — adapted perfectly to my needs. I’m self-employed, needed to customize the data fields, and to invoice clients individually for expense reimbursement. I did an extensive software search and was dismayed to find that, among loads of apps, only one seemed to meet my needs: BXT.
Reliability is critical: I have never had the slightest glitch or data loss.
BXT’s author personally provides prompt email support. I don’t know how long he can keep that up, but that kind of support is rare these days.
The sync function, works seamlessly across my Macbook, iPad, and iPhone.
There are few recurring tasks I like less than monthly expense reporting. BXT makes it as painless and efficient as possible.
