Blue Digital by Blue Federal Credit Union makes managing your finances on the go super easy! With Blue Digital, you have convenient access to your accounts through your favorite mobile device.

Simply login with your Blue Digital username and password. If you are a first time user, simply "Enroll for a Login" to create your credentials to get started, all available right within the app.

HIGHLIGHTED MOBILE FEATURES
• See your balances and transaction history securely.
• Move money easily, transfer money between accounts, make a loan payment, pay bills, setup external accounts, or utilize Zelle® to pay somebody you know in near real-time.
• Manage your Cards, Activation, Travel Notes, Change your PIN, or Launch CardNav by Blue FCU for further controls & alerts options.
• Deposit checks utilizing the camera on your mobile device.
• Send and receive messages securely with Blue.
• Keep your information updated as things change, update your contact information with us.

SECURITY
All transactional data is encrypted and no sensitive account information is stored on your mobile device.

PERMISSIONS
• Location permissions are needed to determine your location in order to find nearby Branches and/or ATMs.
• Camera permissions are needed to remotely deposit checks.

The companion CardNav by Blue FCU app periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts, but only if you, the End User expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the Solution is being used or not at all, depending on the End User's selection. End Users can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.

ACCESS
Deposit limits, transaction limits, and other restrictions apply. Access to Blue Digital is subject to eligibility. Some features are available for eligible members and accounts only. There is no charge from Blue Federal Credit Union to use the Blue Digital app, but message and data rates may apply.

Not a Fan

Every check I’ve tried to deposit won’t work. So I have to mobile deposit on the old app. When I try to pay my credit card bill by transferring money. It only tells me how much credit I have left in my card. It should be telling me how much money I need to payoff on my card. So I have to go back to the other screen to see what I actually owe. Just annoying. There’s some things that are beautiful but again functionality is annoying me already.

Way worse!!

Man this app is terrible! This is what they’ve been working on?! The old one was so much better. Easy to transfer funds to another blue member- now I have to use zelle? What a hassle. I’ll be banking somewhere else. This is the last straw with this bank. App is so glitchy, couldn’t login for ages, can’t manage two accounts on the same phone. Now I have to use the app for one account, and my internet browser for my other account. Way to make my banking super annoying! Here’s some advice- don’t cancel the old app and see how many people prefer to use it. Seriously- don’t cancel the old ap. This is garbage. What a waste of time!! Thanks for making me switch banks which isn’t hassle enough! Passcode login is idiotic. One account per phone? Why? No member to member transfer? Why? Why you hiding my $5 in my savings? Who is making these decisions. Dumb! I’m done with you blue!

The new app is absolutely horrendous. It will not allow me to transfer money from external accounts in any way, shape or form. I have tried to transfer money from both my other banks to any of the three accounts I have with Blue and every single time says error, unable to complete. This was never an issue with the old app. This is a huge issue for me as the only, and I mean ONLY, reason I have Blue is the power sports dealer I purchase from uses Blue for loans. I travel for work frequently and being unable to transfer money has brought me two late payments due to not being able to make a payment in person. Blue says there is nothing they can do and will not wave the “late payment” even with showing them in person the app does not work
