Blue Digital by Blue Federal Credit Union makes managing your finances on the go super easy! With Blue Digital, you have convenient access to your accounts through your favorite mobile device. Simply login with your Blue Digital username and password. If you are a first time user, simply "Enroll for a Login" to create your credentials to get started, all available right within the app. HIGHLIGHTED MOBILE FEATURES • See your balances and transaction history securely. • Move money easily, transfer money between accounts, make a loan payment, pay bills, setup external accounts, or utilize Zelle® to pay somebody you know in near real-time. • Manage your Cards, Activation, Travel Notes, Change your PIN, or Launch CardNav by Blue FCU for further controls & alerts options. • Deposit checks utilizing the camera on your mobile device. • Send and receive messages securely with Blue. • Keep your information updated as things change, update your contact information with us. SECURITY All transactional data is encrypted and no sensitive account information is stored on your mobile device. PERMISSIONS • Location permissions are needed to determine your location in order to find nearby Branches and/or ATMs. • Camera permissions are needed to remotely deposit checks. The companion CardNav by Blue FCU app periodically collects, transmits, and uses geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts, but only if you, the End User expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the Solution is being used or not at all, depending on the End User's selection. End Users can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings. ACCESS Deposit limits, transaction limits, and other restrictions apply. Access to Blue Digital is subject to eligibility. Some features are available for eligible members and accounts only. There is no charge from Blue Federal Credit Union to use the Blue Digital app, but message and data rates may apply. Pittsburgh Rocket!
Seriously a laughing disaster. If I knew refinancing to this credit union was going to be a disaster when trying to pay my car loan, I would have continued with my previous loaner for another month or two. It took me almost 30 minutes to finally make my first payment. Linking my external bank account took way too long. Zelle still doesn’t work. I couldn’t do my payment on my Windows 10 Google Chrome. The app on my phone finally worked. We’ll I got a green checkmark saying my payment was complete, but I have my doubts. I got close to a dozen Opps, try again! Or Opps, something went wrong! messages. May God have mercy on my soul, and for anyone who uses this app or their website, I wish you the best of luck.

Seriously a laughing disaster. One star is indeed the only failing star there is to pick and express my opinion about this bank application! The application is not efficient nor reliable, and may be nor safe to use because of its continuous failure to comply with my correct entry! Again, It is just a waste of my time to use the application as intended to be by rejecting the entry several times. after it has been approved by its proceedings! Unfortunately, and I must add that this bank app., probably a high school student ,who understands the operation of computer, will consider it as a weak inefficient bank tool to use per client. Important note and advise : *Please invest either money or seek for knowledgeable expert professionals to create a decent, reliable, efficient and certainly safe. bank application for your customers . Please understand that many of us in this era use computer bank application for many transactions due to saving time and be able to access our accounts.. etc. *knowledgeably, my disappointment has been explained and related to one of the staff bank members who stated that my disappointment of such, is a common problem among the bank clients!

Man this app is terrible! This is what they’ve been working on?! The old one was so much better. Easy to transfer funds to another blue member- now I have to use zelle? What a hassle. I’ll be banking somewhere else. This is the last straw with this bank. App is so glitchy, couldn’t login for ages, can’t manage two accounts on the same phone. Now I have to use the app for one account, and my internet browser for my other account. Way to make my banking super annoying! Here’s some advice- don’t cancel the old app and see how many people prefer to use it. Seriously- don’t cancel the old ap. This is garbage. What a waste of time!! Thanks for making me switch banks which isn’t hassle enough! Passcode login is idiotic. One account per phone? Why? No member to member transfer? Why? Why you hiding my $5 in my savings? Who is making these decisions. Dumb! I’m done with you blue!

I’ve been actively in the app either chatting with customer service or writing a message and it has kicked me out multiple times for inactivity while I was ACTIVELY in their app with their customer service. What the heck? In this day and age there’s no reason an app should kick me out when I’m actively writing a message and then when I get back the message is gone. Didn’t even save my draft. Plus when I logged back in during the chat all three times it kicked me out on one conversation I had to close everything again and try to log in two to three times to get back into the chat. It’s so frustrating. I hate this app. I am going to have to look for a local credit union since I can’t get anything done mobile with BLUE. At this point, I hate that my credit union was bought by them.
