It’s up to you to track the amount deposited and location where it was made.
Knowing your previous amount is crucial.
Let BottleDrop know when there’s a mistake on your account.
Food for thought, I always write the SQ # on my bag(s) and how much it weighs, location dropped off and date. Also, take a picture before depositing the bags.
Missing use balance option
The use balance option is missing from the app. There was no notice of the removal of this feature so this does not seen intentional bit more of a bug. Looks like this has been an issue since earlier this year. When will it be addressed?

Could not deposit money, says “pending” that was months ago still not depositing. Tried again still not working!!! Horrible app.
