Box Control was developed for Pro·ject Audio Systems and will revolutionise the way of controlling your Box Design devices: play music from media servers, internet radio, connected USB storage and iPods on your Stream Box DSnet by the touch of a finger. Together with a Remote Box S you are be able to control amplifiers and other analogue sources using infrared – from volume settings on your amplifier to channel selection on your TV.
* To controll the full functionality of your Stream Box you need a DSnet version. If you own a Stream Box DS, contact your dealer for an update to DSnet.
* To controll TIDAL you need valid user account on TIDAL service.
* The sorting and display of music titles from media servers can vary depending on the type of server software you use.
* Volume control currently works only in conjunction with the Remote Box S.

The app looks like it is made for DOS, black and white interface. Connects with difficulties. I deleted the app several times to establish connection with streming box ds net. If app goes in background it does not play next song. Garbage!
Useless for Tidal
I got a Streambox DS Net primarily for Tidal streaming. To say the app is terrible is kind - locks up, goes to sleep and loses sync, ... on both iPhones and Androids. Looking at reviews, I’m not alone.
No other way to access Tidal since only Spotify is on the Streambox menu.
If I wanted to stream from a computer or phone, I wouldn’t need the Streambox
