THE WORST APP, CAN NEVER GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have never reviewed apps. This app and company is that terrible. Literally so close to pulling my hair out when trying to make a payment or reach customer service. The app doesn’t work at all, doesn’t let me make payments and doesn’t show billing statements for when I’ve made payments. I have to call to make a payment and good luck trying to get in touch with their customer service department. I’m on hold for like half an hr everytime and get lucky if they even answer.
Terrible App
Terrible app. Keep trying to set up automated payment and it doesn’t work. Tried reaching out via email, phone, text message and no response. Terrible customer service.
